Hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. We share books that we've read over the past week and those we hope to read this week.
Last Week:
I finished up The Book Thief by Markus Zusak for the Btown Booksters meeting...next up we're reading We Need to Talk About Kevin by Lionel Shriver! Besides my rereading of The Book Thief I only managed to read half of The InformationistNext Week:
Hopefully I'll finish up The Informationist by Taylor Stevens and then get to some of the following:
- Shades of Milk and Honey by Mary Robinette Kowal
- Liesl & Po by Lauren Oliver
- The Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman

Mailbox Monday is a touring meme where book bloggers share their bookish acquisitions from the week prior. It is hosted this month by the Mailbox Monday tour blog.
This week I received:
The World We Found by Thrity Umrigar (courtesy of Harper)
I also received Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy by John le Carré (courtesy of Penguin)!
You have some really good books here. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to get to read The Dovekeepers soon, I have seen some really good reviews of it. I love Alice Hoffman, I can't wait to hear what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteI've heard good things about Liesl and Po. What a great list!
ReplyDeleteI'm on the wait list for The Dovekeepers at my library and they are driving me crazy with the wait. I adore that cover. It'll be my first Hoffman book!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your mailbox books!
