I haven't read any of these but I have Dandelion Wine, Years of Wonder, & Tender is the Night on my bookshelf. I read a Pat Conroy book a looong time ago and really enjoyed it so I'll have to look into that one. I also have heard great things about Kate Morton but never read anything!
ReplyDeleteWow, so many good books on this list. The Crystal Cave and Good Omens are especially good ones!
ReplyDeleteI certainly hope The Forgotten Garden isn't forgotten. It's my favourite of Morton's books.
ReplyDeleteGreat list!
I've heard of these but never read any of these books. I have them on my TBR pile for way later.

I have an unread copy of The forgotten garden. And I've added the first series to my GR account. Thanks for sharing your lovely list!

I am loving this list. I haven't really ever heard much about Dandelion Wine, but I'm definitely interested in reading it now. Mary Stewart's Arthurian books have been on my shelves for years - I really need to get to those soon!
ReplyDeleteI love your choices! I've read more than half of them and they're so wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYay for Howl's! Have you read the sequels?
ReplyDeleteOh man, I still need to read Howl's Moving Castle.
